Heat kills performance. Today we will upgrade my 2018 Audi S4 (B9 3.0L V6 TFSI) with a shiny new Front Mount Intercooler from ECS Tuning. Intercoolers are essentially heat exchangers for compressed air generated by a turbo or supercharger. Our S4s are turbocharged from the factory and make lots of heat. Combined with tunes, hybrid turbo upgrades and full frame builds the amount of heat created can be astounding. The factory FMIC was just too small to deal with these heat levels, especially in hot climates.

Steeda Sway Bar, Race Gas Lund Tune & Riced Out F250
This is a video that's all over the place! We will work on my F250 to rice it out with some new LED head lights, tail lights, third brake lights and a cold air intake! Then I show you the new Steeda sway bar as the fix to the pulley damage on my Stage 2 ProCharger kit from where I tried to run the Pedders sway bar. Finally we review my race gas tune on Sunoco 260 GT Plus unleaded 104 for my mustang. Lund did a great job remote tuning this beast!
ProCharger Bypass Valve Sound
I shot a quick video of what the bypass valve sounds like on my 2016 Mustang GT. This puppy is supercharged with the ProCharger Stage 2 kit. This audio was a blend of a mic on the intake and a mic inside the car. This represents a lot of what it sounds like revving on the ground at a light.
ProCharged Mustang Dyno Time & First Impressions
Having finished the install I was ready to hit the rollers for a ProCharged Mustang dyno morning. I was hoping to make over 600whp from the stage 2 kit. Some guys were getting over 650whp, and I ended up running a bit of race fuel. First I had to test the car though.

I decided it was time to make some serious changes. To start off we need to get some boost. This holiday weekend I’m going to be adding 10PSI during my stage 2 mustang procharger install! It’s all about maximum performance and handling from here on out.
