I purchased a brand new 2019 GMC Denali Ultimate and it's time to paint correct it and put on some ceramic protection! I also used CarPro Iron X to decontaminate it and topped the whole thing off with CarPro Reload. I'm loving the new truck so far and it's a huge upgrade form the F250 that had constant issues. The 6.0 did turn out to be a "power joke", lets hope the Denali proves to be a stable beast!

So what happened to my old truck? Well I got tired of the F250 6.0. It just wasn't reliable. The engine problems were consistent and the amount of maintenance and repair started to parallel an exotic car with none of the thrills. Instead I decided to pick up a new Denali Ultimate with the amazing 6.2L V8 L86 engine. The engine is based on the LT1 so as you can imagine it is quite potent at 420hp and 460tq! The features in this truck are incredible too, in some ways paralleling my Audi.

The refinement of the features and materials isn't Audi level, not much is to be honest short of going real big money. Audi is absolutely killing it on refinement. However, the performance features are insane on this truck! I will do a much larger state of the union including my thoughts around the new truck and what I'm doing with my fleet in the future.
